The hotel provided a mixed experience with clean and nicely-sized rooms boasting a great city view and balcony that we truly enjoyed. However, the atmosphere was not very family-friendly and we had some issues with cleanliness and an intrusive housekeeping encounter. The room smelled overwhelmingly of cologne, which was off-putting.

The hotel had some shortcomings with small and odd-shaped rooms to fit the circular design, but they made up for it by offering breakfast coupons when our room wasn't ready upon arrival. Despite the initial inconvenience of having to lug our luggage to the 3rd floor multiple times before getting our room, the actual room didn't quite match the standards portrayed in the pictures.
